Still a good phone, even though the Blackberry Curve 9360 has been released the Curve 8900 still has the edge for me, I'm guessing Blackberry will bring out another flagship Curve model soon but for now the 8900 is top boy regardless of the new phones. | ||

I had this 8900 phone for 18 months and it did the job really well. One slight problem was that for the last few months I have got "upcaptured error", the phone freezes and I need to remove the battery to reboot it. Apart from that I will go for a new blackberry again as it does what I need for business use. Also I have backed up my old BB so restoring onto a new one should be a breeze. I did think about an IPhone but I dont need music and all the kiddie stuff (I know I am an old fogey) that my eldest daughter raves about. Blackberrys are pretty good for business so I will stick with them. | ||

Love it! its perfect for what I wanted it to do. Im on a 30 day contract with o2 simplicity) and did not want to be tied into a 18 month contract with the 8900 and pay daft amounts a money every month. So I looked into it very hard, found out every thing I needed. So I bought it! put the o2 sim in, charged it up for 6 hours. That it! Email is easy to set up! Only problem with it (because im a tight arse) is that if you are wanting to use your wi-fi, you need to contact the service provider, which in my case is o2 and they offer a bolt-on package. Its up to you if you want it or not. But the Blackberry 8900 does work like you want it to. Screen res is far better that other curves, I should know, ive had two models. Get it! you wont regret it. | ||
