How to find the best deals for Blackberry Priv

Compare Blackberry Priv prices using these 5 buying options:

  • Porting – Transfer your existing mobile number to another network to take advantage of ‘new customer’ deals. Using your PAC code (obtained from your existing network), the new operator will transfer it across for you. PAC codes are valid for 30 days.
  • Upgrade – Keep your existing number on your current network and upgrade to a new handset. Compare Blackberry Priv upgrade prices by selecting your operator+upgrade from ‘Choose a Network’.
  • New Connection – Compare all contract deals on all networks (except upgrade offers and SIM free) and your new Priv will be supplied with a new mobile number.
  • SIM Free – SIM free phones are supplied unlocked to all networks allowing you to use an existing SIM card. Check your existing SIM card size matches the type compatible with your new phone. ie: Standard, Micro or Nano.
  • Pay As You Go – Pay as you use your mobile service without a monthly contract. Buy Top-Up vouchers or add extra credit as and when you need to.

Buying Tip:

When comparing Blackberry Priv deals it’s easy to jump straight to the offers with no upfront cost, however you will find in most cases, if you can pay a little upfront for your new phone on a lower priced tariff you will actually end up saving a lot more over the contract period.

Whether you intend to ‘port’ your number or ‘upgrade’ your phone, you should always have completed your minimum term contract period of your existing agreement. If you are not sure, a quick call to your provider will confirm this for you.

John Chen, BlackBerry CEO, once said that the Canadian phone maker is considering no longer making smartphones and instead focus on software if the new BlackBerry Priv slider tuns out to be a flop. It seems, however, that the first Android-powered smartphone made by BlackBerry is selling exceptionally well, as is has been sold out […]

According to past reports, BlackBerry will no longer make smartphones if the new Android-powered Priv slider turns out to be a flop. So when do we get to find out if the BlackBerry Priv turns out to be a success or not? We could find out on the 18th of December. Flop or not So […]

Currently, the most powerful smartphone made by BlackBerry is the Priv with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC under the hood. This particular CPU is a hexa-core (six cores) processor, and the same CPU found under hood of the LG G4. If a leaked benchmark test is to be believed, the Canadian phone maker is working on […]

Remember Jerry – the young man behind YouTube channel JerryRigEverything? If not, he was the one who proved that it takes very little effort to bend the Huawei Nexus 6P in half. Well, Jerry is back. This time, however, he has put a different device through a similar test. That device is the new BlackBerry Priv. […]

In the past, we heard that BlackBerry was cooking up an Android-powered version of the BlackBerry Passport. Since we haven’t heard about the rumoured device as of late, we’re guessing it will never see the light of day. This, however, doesn’t mean that the Canadian phone maker isn’t working on a device that offers similar […]
