The first smart phone to launch the Desire range which is also available with a larger 4 inch screen in the HTC Desire HD and was upgraded to the faster HTC Desire S has also been joined by the brand new, pocket friendly HTC Desire C.
Beneath the HTC Desire's 3.7 inch 800 x 480 pixel OLED touch screen is a fast 1GHz processor with the Android 2.1 operating system and the HTC Sense user interface keeping things running fast and smooth and on the back of the phone is a 5 mega pixel camera.
Offering 576MB of internal memory which can be expanded with MicroSD cards there is plenty of room to store pictures, video clips, music and new applications downloaded from the Google Play Store, there's also Flash support for web browsing, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G services, GPS and HTC's FriendStream service compiling social networking updates from contacts all in one place.
This is a compact and sleek smart phone with dimensions of 119 x 60 x 12mm and weighing 135g, its rounded edge design and premium finish make for a good looking and feeling device.
