This phone is BRILLIANT!! I loved it from the moment I purchased it. It has a few problems but nothing a little patience can handle! I think it looks great and I love the pebble design!! If you're going for any phone choose this one!! I would recommend to all!! xx | ||

Having had U9 for 2 days its now on its way back where it came from as it went completely mad, overheated and died a very sad death! Being new I wanted to personalise it and download ringtones,wallpapers etc from my service provider. Would not allow such a thing, loads of error messages, kept getting stuck on pages for several minutes or more and getting extremely hot, fully charged battery drained twice even after full overnight initial charge. Final straw came last night, got stuck on page, would not budge and had to resort to removing battery to switch off. Battery cover useless,flimsy and extremely hard to remove, tried it once more, just kept switching itself on and off after 30 seconds, after second attempt, removed my sim card,repackaged my beautiful but useless phone and is going back to service provider for replacement (different make an model). | ||
