I bought the Orange Rome phone at the end of december of 2009. However, after 2 months of using it, the phone would not charge. It was not even recognized by the computer as a mobile USB device. To add to this, the phone will not turn on. I phoned orange as the phone is still under warranty till the end of the year. However, it is going to cost me $63.00NZ each way from New Zealand to the UK and I may have to pay additional costs. I am very unhappy with this phone. Previously I had an 8pound orange Samsung which was simple but effective and lasted the whole year and still works. I bought the Rome as a treat for myself but after such a short period and it not working (I did not drop it or damage the phone), I am very disappointed. Has anyone else experienced this behavior from the Orange Rome? |
