I really like this phone. My keys havent broken but there is a gap in the screen and stuff gets in there which is annoying. Lots of memory and good for holding songs. Im quite impressed but even though i ve just got it i want the new samsung soul! Overall quite pleased with this phone | ||

I nice designed phone but texting is hard and already after 5 days 4 of the keys have broken this is a major dissapointment. | ||

Okay I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago... Already 4 keys have broken... I'm tired of asking t-mobile for repairs. And No I don't have fat fingers its the rubbish d-pad. The first day I bought it I was over the moon until, after 2 days when no. 4 broke, then after some more days more keys broke. The W580i is actually a good phone just needs better keys to be honest. If it had nice solid keys, I would love to recommend it to anyone but sadly I cant. I have also realised that when you press number 4, 5 goes down with it.. And messaging is extremely hard!!! I'm lucky that I see have my k800i, so I dont use he w580i much. The W580i is a major dissapointment. | ||
