The Xperia E is a new and affordable addition to the Xperia range of Android phones, it's trick is that it looks like a far more expensive device than it actually is and yet packs all of those essential features.
The main screen is a 3.5 inch 320 x 480 pixel display which is the same size as the iPhone 4S and on the reverse is a 3.2 mega pixel camera which allows for upload to the new PlayMemories Online service which means you don't have to fill up the phones memory, your photos and videos can then be accessed by multiple devices.
Run by a speedy 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM, the Sony Xperia E offers the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean edition software straight out of the box, alonside this Sony have included their own enhancements including their Music Unlimited service alongside their WALKMAN app with xLoud loudness enhancement as well as HD Voice for noise cancellation even in loud, crowded areas.
This smart and sleek phone measures 113.5 x 61.8 x 11.0mm and weighs in at just 115.7g and manages to pack in a good sized 1530 mAh battery with up to 22 days of standby and 6.3 hours of talk time.
What we think of the Sony Xperia E:If you love the Xperia range but find the higher specification models a little too expensive then this E model is ideal, boasting the latest Android functionality alongside a compact and attractive design it's a great little smart phone for those on a budget.
