Can I Change My Mind?
You can change your mind at any stage during the order process and nothing further will happen.
For peace of mind, all mobile phones supplied with a contract agreement come with a 14 day money back guarantee.
How Long Is My Contract?
Most mobile phone contracts are for 12 months - you can cancel your agreement in month 11 ready for termination in the 12th month. If a contract period is longer than 12 months, ie: 18 or 24, it will be specified by the retailer offering the package.
