Keep Your Number

It is now possible to keep your existing mobile number and move to a different network.

Moving your mobile number is now easier than ever, just follow these simple steps:

1) Complete your existing contract term, or buy yourself out by contacting your service provider and paying the remaining line rental due to the end of the contract period.

2) Ask your service provider for your PAC code - some will give you this over the phone whilst others will send it through the post. You will find their number on your monthly bill.

3) Once you have your PAC code simply choose the deal that best suits your usage requirements and order online - during the order process you will be prompted to enter your PAC code.

4) The 'porting' process takes around 7 working days - on the day that you are told that your number is 'porting' your old sim card will cease around 11am and your new sim card will be activated.

Things to remember:

You cannot 'port' your number if you have chosen a new phone on your same network - this is called an upgrade.

You cannot 'port' your number if you have not completed your minimum contract term with your existing supplier.
